History
In November 2011, a group of seven deputies, led by Roberto Alejos, broke away from the National Union of Hope party and left the party. After the number of members in the group reached 11, they were able to form a parliamentary faction, which became known as the "Purple Ties" for the color of the ties worn by the members of the group. Alejos began the process of registering a new party and negotiated with Rodolfo Rosales García-Salas to form a coalition with the Greens. On August 26, 2012, the Greens joined Todos.
In the 2015 election, the party nominated Lizardo Arturo Sosa Lopez as the presidential candidate, who became the 5th out of 14 candidates, receiving 5% of the vote. In the congressional elections, the party received 11% of the vote and 18 of the 158 seats in parliament [1] .
