Biography
Born on June 21, 1933 in Baku.
He graduated from the Moscow Electrotechnical Institute of Communications (1956).
- 1956-1959 technologist, master, deputy. shop manager, senior engineer of the plant,
- 1959-1964 lead designer, and. about. Head of the Laboratory Research Institute in Moscow.
- 1964-1966 Leading engineer of the enterprise in Baku.
- since 1966, assistant professor of the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute.
- 1968-1973 chap. engineer, head of department of the Institute of Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Azerbaijan SSR,
- 1973-1982 Director of the Caspian Scientific Center, Academy of Sciences of the Azerbaijan SSR.
- since 1982, general director; since 1985, general director - chief designer of the Space Research NGO (Baku).
Doctor of technical sciences, professor. Member of the CPSU since 1960
People's Deputy of the USSR from the Nakhichevan National Territorial District (1990). Member of the CPSU Central Committee since June 1990
Since October 18, 1991, the Secretary of State of Azerbaijan.
