Biography
Born on September 16, 1937 in the city of Ura-Tyube, Leninabad region.
He graduated from the Stalinabad Polytechnic Institute (1961) and the graduate school of the Kuibyshev Institute of Civil Engineering (1964).
Since 1962, he worked at the Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology of the Academy of Sciences of the Tajik SSR: Junior Researcher, Scientific Secretary (1965), Deputy and. about. directors (1965), director (since 1969).
In 1985 he defended his doctoral dissertation:

From 1987, academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Tajik SSR, from May 6, 1988 to June 18, 1995, president of the academy, director of the geophysical service of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.
He held the post of director of the Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology until April 2004, then - his honorary director.
