Georgy Andreevich Krasulya ( Ukrainian: Georgy Andriyovich Krasulya ; May 9, 1929 , Big Tokmak (now Tokmak, Zaporizhzhya Oblast of Ukraine ) - August 18, 1996 , Kiev ) - Ukrainian and Soviet opera singer ( bass ). Honored Artist of the USSR (1974). Laureate of international vocal competitions in Moscow (1957) and Vienna (1959).

Biography
After graduating from a mechanical college, he entered the Odessa Institute of Marine Engineers , where he showed a talent for singing, after which G. Krasul was invited to study at the conservatory. In 1958 he graduated from the Odessa Conservatory in the class of F. Dubinenko. In 1955-1958 - the soloist of Odessa , in 1958-1994 - Kiev named after T. Shevchenko opera and ballet theaters .
He made a number of records for the Ukrainian Radio Foundation and on records.
