Content
Story
What will happen if one day you wake up and realize that all the adults have disappeared from your town? It is such an amazing phenomenon that happens with a group of teenagers, most of whom were born in wealthy and influential families. For some mysterious reason, it is not possible to get out of the settlement, so the bewildered guys have to establish their own life. In attempts to deal with what is happening, the main characters are faced with cruelty, betrayal and lies. In the town, a desperate power struggle is unfolding between different groups of young people, which turns into clashes, violence and even brutal murder. Ellie - the leader of one of the teenage groups, takes full responsibility for the situation in the middle of his team. She is not only going to understand the mysterious disappearance, and wants to save friends from problems, but also trying to find a way to return to real life, where parents are waiting for them.

Series Creation
Development
In 2013, Christopher Kaiser and Mark Webb broadcast the Showtime cable series, but she decided not to show the series. On July 24, 2018, Netflix bought the rights to the series created by Kaiser, who is the author of the script and producer of the project.
Filming
The first season of the series was filmed from September to November 2018 in Lancaster , Massachusetts, USA.
