History
The village was founded in 1752, on the land of Bashkir Chuklyar. The first settlers came from the village of Cheremashka, Bugulma district, Samara province. In 1763, in documents of the 3rd General Audit, the village was mentioned as part of the territory of the Upper Uvelsky district. According to statistics for 1873 there were about 70 yards in the villages, and in 1889 there were already 117 yards.
In the winter of 1929, the collective farm named after Budyonny appeared (from 1957 it became known as 40 Years of October).
Geography
Located in the forest-steppe part of the region. Near many forests, the river Chuksa . The distance from the village to the district center - Plast is 16 km.

Transportation
The village is connected by a dirt road to the center of a rural settlement of Kochkar - 8 km.
The starting point of the Kochkar-Varlamovo motorway (identification number 74 OP RZ 75K-197) is 10.851 km long.
