The village is located in the southeastern part of the Oryol region, in the forest-steppe zone [2] , within the central part of the Central Russian Upland , on the right bank of the Belaya River , at a distance of about 16 kilometers (in a straight line) to the southeast from the urban-type settlement Kolpny , administrative district center. The absolute height is 180 meters above sea level [3] .
