Biography
Born in 1930 in the village of Verkhnyaya Pavlovka, Orenburg region, in a peasant family.
After completing his studies in the seventh grade of the school, he found a job in 1945 at the collective farm named after the 11th cavalry division of the Orenburg region. In 1948 he graduated from tractor training courses at the Nizhnyaya Pavlovsk MTS. Here he began to work on a tractor.
After the abolition of the MTS in 1958, the assistant to the foreman, and since 1961, the foreman of the first tractor brigade of the collective farm. In the work of the brigade, new methods and agricultural techniques were used. So in 1965, the team received an average of 12 centners of grain per hectare.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of June 23, 1966, Ivan Vasilievich Pavlutkin was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor for the success of grain production with the Order of Lenin and the Hammer and Sickle medal.
In 1967, he studied at a training school for agricultural workers. In the legendary 1968, the team was able to hand over the grain harvest to the state in a total mass of 143 thousand centners. In 1973 he graduated from the Chebenkovskoye SPTU No. 11, received a license to drive a K-700 tractor. From 1989, he moved to work as the head of the economic department, and from 1989 to 1992, deputy chairman of the collective farm. Since 1990, on a well-deserved vacation [1] .
He died on January 13, 1994.
The delegate of the XXV Congress of the CPSU. He was elected a candidate member of the Orenburg regional committee of the CPSU, a member of the bureau of the Orenburg district committee of the CPSU, and a deputy of the district Council of People’s Deputies.
