Dmitry Alekseevich Litvintsev (born October 13, 1971) is a Russian politician . Member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VI convocation . Member of the Committee on Culture [1] .

Biography
Born October 13, 1971. He graduated from Volgograd Pedagogical University (1994, faculty of Physics and Mathematics) and Volgograd State University (2006, faculty of Finance and Credit) [2] .
From 1993 to 1995, Dmitry Litvintsev worked in a subsidiary of the Volzhsky Pipe Plant as head of the supply and sales service. From 1998 to 2000 he was an assistant to a deputy of the Volga City Duma [2] .
In 2005, he was elected to the Volga City Duma [3] .
From 2010 to 2014, he headed the Volgograd Regional Branch of the LDPR [4] .
Since December 4, 2011, a deputy of the State Duma of the 6th convocation from the LDPR, regional group No. 38 (Volgograd region). Member of the State Duma Committee on Culture [1] .
On June 28, 2014 he was approved as a candidate for governor of the Volgograd region by the LDPR. As a result of the vote, he scored 2.43% of the vote [3] .
