Biography

Most of his playing career Toresen spent in one of the leaders of the local hockey - “ Volerengue ”. With this team, he several times became the champion of the country . Finished his career striker in the " Storhamar ".

For many years Thoresen was called up for the Norwegian team . Together with her, he participated in ten World Championships and four in three Winter Olympics : 1980 , 1984 , 1988 and 1994 .

After completing a career Thoresen took up coaching. For several years he led the country's youth team. In 2009, the specialist became a mentor to the club " Stavanger Oilers ".
