Symbols
Coat of arms of the province: in a silver field there is a crowned eagle (black, therefore, the coat of arms is an indirect vowel ), holding, in the claws of the left leg, a long golden cross, inclined to the right corner of the shield; eagle's claws are golden, tongue is scarlet. The shield is crowned by the imperial crown and is surrounded by golden oak leaves connected by the Andreev ribbon.
