Adi-hai pidutam (in Malayali , the language of the Dravids , residents of southern India : “pidutam” - control, “hai” - hands, “adi” - on the most vulnerable parts of the body) - the ancient martial art of India. It originated in the state of Kerala near the city of Kannur . The head of the school is Kumara Swami.
The school’s technique consists of throws, grabs , painful moves, finger punches on pain points. There is a special training section - “Marma”, that is, a set of information about the location and functioning of the nerve and energy centers of the human body.
Currently, the practice of adi-ha pidutam is common among members of the Siddha-Samaya sect in India.
