History
It was founded in 1920. In 1928, the commune of the Third International consisted of 10 households, the main population being Russians. As part of the Verkh-Allaksky village council of the Kamensky district of the Kamensky district of the Siberian region [7] .

Infrastructure
Due to the small population, residents use utilities and other services of enterprises located in the village of Verkh-Allak : automatic telephone exchanges, a section of northern electric networks, the Verkh-Allaksky communications department, the Verkh-Allaksky NOSH branch of the Stolbovskaya secondary school, MKDOU kindergarten "Sun", Verkh-Allaksky rural house of culture MBUK "KIC" Kamensky district. There is a FAP in the village [11] .
