History
In 1928, the village of Kotin consisted of 86 households. The center of the Kotinsky Village Council of the Nazyvaevsky District of the Omsk District of the Siberian Territory [2] .
In 1990, by the Decree of the Presidium of the Armed Forces of the RSFSR, the village of Aleksandrovka was renamed the aul Bostandyk [3] .

According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, in the gender structure of the population of 26 people there are 15 men and 11 women (57.7 and 42.3%, respectively) [1] .

In 1928, the main population was Russians.
According to the 2002 census , in the national structure of the population, Kazakhs made up 100% of the total population of 112 residents [4]
