Biography
Shalkyma Khairullaevna Kurmanalina He was born on October 6, 1946 in the village of Zhuryn, Oktyabrsky District (now Mugalzhar District) in the Aktobe Region.
In 1970 she graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Ural Pedagogical Institute. A.S. Pushkin is a teacher of physics and labor.
In 1996 he defended the academic title of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, the topic of the thesis: "Didactic basis for improving the professional training of primary school teachers in the conditions of the Pedagogical College."
In 2002 he defended the academic title of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, the thesis topic: "Methodology and technology of creating an electronic methodical system in the conditions of informatization of education."

From 1970 to 1977 - Teacher of the Ural Pedagogical School.
From 1978 to 1981 - Head of the educational-methodical study on primary classes of the Regional Institute for Teacher Training.

He is the author of 4 monographs, 26 scientific papers, 50 publications, textbooks, manuals, State obligatory standards of technical and vocational education in 11 pedagogical specialties, 35 articles on educational issues. He is one of the authors of the state standard of secondary education in Kazakhstan in the conditions of 12 years of education, etc.
