Biography
Pupil of the Imperial Academy of Arts . He received a small silver medal (1797), a small gold medal (1799) for the program βAn Angel takes Apostle Peter out of prisonβ , a large gold medal (1800) for the bas-relief to the monument to Peter I. He received a certificate of the 1st degree with a sword (1800).
It was left at the Academy of Fine Arts for improvement (until 1806).
He received the title of "appointed to academics" (1805) for the figure "Resting Mars" [1] .
