Rudenko, Dmitry Fedorovich

In 1999 he graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” with a degree in Computer and Intelligent Systems and Networks.

He has many years of experience in senior positions in finance and insurance. From 2004 to 2005 he worked at Rosno OJSC, from 2005 to 2006 at the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and from 2006 to 2010 he worked at GUTA Insurance CJSC. From 2010 to 2015, he worked as the first vice president of the backbone insurance company of Russia CJSC GUTA-Insurance . Since 2015 - General Director, Chairman of the Board of the insurance company ISK Euro-Policy, renamed in 2016 as Absolute Insurance ^[2] . From 2011 to 2014, he was a member of the Presidium of the All-Russian Union of Insurers ^[2] .

In 2016 - 2018, Dmitry Rudenko was included in the rating “Senior Executives. Top 250 "newspaper" Kommersant ", in the insurance companies section is in tenth place ^[3] . In 2019, in the ranking of general directors of Moscow, the magazine “General Director” took 43rd place ^[4] .

As of 2015, the authorized capital of the company amounted to 676 million rubles, assets - 2.32 billion, equity of 749 million rubles ^[5] . In 2015, under the leadership of Dmitry Rudenko, a three-year strategy for the company’s work was developed, which was presented in early 2016. Rudenko said that the company has a strategy for business profitability and fees, which it will adhere to ^[6] .

In early 2019, the CEO, chairman of the board of the insurance company reported on the results of the implementation of his strategy. During the work of Dmitry Rudenko as the general director of the insurance company, the company's assets were almost tripled - up to 6.7 billion rubles, the authorized capital was increased to 1.022 billion rubles, the company's own funds doubled and as of 2018 amounted to 1.5 billion rubles ^{[7] [1]} . In 2018, the number of customers of the company amounted to 38,000 legal entities and more than 600,000 individuals ^[1] , while, according to the Expert rating agency, more than 80% of the insurer's fees are in Moscow ^[8] . Another result of the implementation of the three-year strategy is the insurer getting into the TOP-10 in the rating of insurance companies for CASCO payments according to the version of Bankiros.ru portal ^[9] .
The Russian newspaper said that the main direction in the new three-year strategy of the company, developed under the leadership of Rudenko, will be investments in the development of online insurance and automation of business processes ^[10] .
