Fie Udby Erichsen ( date: Fie Udby Erichsen ; born , ) is a Danish rower who has been playing for Denmark's rowing team since 2005. Silver medalist of the Summer Olympic Games in London , winner of the bronze medal of the World Cup, winner and medalist of many regattas of national importance.

Biography
Fie Udby Eriksen was born on April 23, 1985 in the town of Hobro in the commune of Mariager , Denmark . She began to engage in rowing in 1996, was trained in Copenhagen in the capital club Roforeningen KVIK.
She first made herself known as rowing in the international arena in the 2000 season, winning the bronze medal in doubles at the World Junior Championships in Croatia.
In 2005, she became a member of the Danish national team, debuted in the World Cup, and performed at the World Championships in Gifu , where she took the final ninth place in oar wheelless deuces.
At the 2006 World Championships in Eton, she finished sixth in a wheelless deuce.
In 2007, at the World Championships in Munich in the same discipline she closed the top ten.
In 2008, she visited the world championship in Linz , from where she brought the bronze dignity award, won in the classification of wheelless fours.
At the 2009 World Championships in Poznan, she became the tenth in doubles.
In 2010, she alone took fourth place at the European Championships in Montemor-o-Velho , while at the World Championships in Carapiro she stopped already at the preliminary stage.
At the 2011 World Championships in Bled, she was alone in 14 positions.
Thanks to a series of successful appearances, she was awarded the right to defend the country's honor at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London - she finished second in the women's singles program in the main final, losing only Czech Miroslava Knapkova at the finish line, and thereby won a silver Olympic medal [1] .
After the London Olympics, Eriksen remained in the Danish rowing team for another Olympic cycle and continued to take part in major international regattas. So, in 2014, she performed at the World Championships in Amsterdam , where she became the eleventh in solitude.
In 2015, she was sixth in singles at the European Championships in Poznan and fourteenth at the World Championships in Egbilet .
Being among the leaders of the Danish national team, it successfully passed the selection for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . However, this time she could not get into the number of winners, in the women's doubles she managed to qualify only for the comforting final B and was located in the final protocol of the competitions on the ninth line.
In 2017, alone she showed the fourth result at the European Championships in Rachitsa and the ninth result at the world championships in Sarasota.
At the 2018 World Cup in Plovdiv , she finished fifth in the main final.
