Biography
Born in 1935 in the village of Dubrovka, Novosokolnichesky district, now the Pskov region.
In 1951 he completed his studies at the vocational school No. 53 of the city of Leningrad. In 1951, he was employed on the railway as an assistant train compiler. Since 1960, the train compiler Leningrad-Commodity-Vitebsk October Railway [1] .
A regular participant in socialist competitions. Competent specialist and mentor. Repeatedly celebrated with state awards of All-Union significance.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of April 2, 1981, for outstanding production achievements, Yevgeny Nilovich Kasyanov was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Hammer and Sickle Medal.
He lived in the city of Leningrad. Tragically died on September 29, 1984.
