Silver medalist of the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal in team competition (as part of the team of the Socialist Republic of Romania). At the same time, she divided the 21st place in terms of the personal amount and did not reach the final in the individual all-around (like in any of the finals in individual forms) [1] .
At those games, among the Romanian gymnasts, she was the youngest [2] (almost two months younger than Nadi Comanechi ).
