31st Air Defense Division

The Sevastopol Air Defense Brigade originates from the creation of the Crimean Air Defense Division on January 25, 1957 as part of ^[1] :

• 1007th medium-caliber anti-aircraft artillery regiment (military unit 48589);
• 1014th Guards Artillery Regiment of medium caliber;
• 1040th Red Banner Air Defense Artillery Regiment of medium caliber (military unit 09692);
  • 534th medium-caliber separate anti-aircraft artillery division (military unit 72168);
  • 107th anti-aircraft artillery range (military unit 81246);
  • 169th artillery meteorological station;
  • 596th school of junior specialists of anti-aircraft artillery (military unit 15122);
• 14th separate air defense regiment of air defense consisting of:
  • Office of the regiment (military unit 95105);
  • 3122, 3123, 3124, 3126, 1932th Air Defense Radar Company;
  • 6177, 6179th air defense radar posts;
  • 642nd reporting point;
  • 137th separate air defense air defense battalion consisting of:
  • Office of the battalion (military unit 90489);
  • 3127, 2286th Air Defense Radar Company;
  • 6180, 203rd air defense radar posts;
• 20th separate air defense center;
• Control and repair automobile station;
• 568th school of RTV specialists;
• 63rd Separate Company of GP RTV Division;
• 222nd communication center of air defense of the Black Sea Fleet (military unit 03121);
• 760th separate air defense radio-relay company (military unit 81368);
• 181 aviation division

Since April 1, 1960, the Crimean Air Defense Division was reorganized into 1 Air Defense Division. In 1988, 1 D air defense was combined with 21 D air defense in 60 K air defense with a deployment in Odessa , but in fact disbanded. In 1991, the tactical group "Crimea" was formed from the units deployed in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and actually included units of the 1st Air Defense Division. After the annexation of Crimea to the Russian Federation , 31 D air defense systems were created in the historic buildings of 1 D air defense. ^[2]

• 05/09/2017 On the territory of the compound, the first Russian Orthodox church was opened in honor of the holy warriors Alexander Peresvet and Andrey Oslyaby of Radonezh ^{[3] [4]}
• 12/17/2018 An exhibition site of the Patriot Park was opened on the territory of the compound ^[5]
