Professional career
In 2015, before the NFL draft, the scouts noted athleticism and mobility, the ability to read the game, and reliable actions with zone defense as positive qualities of Amos. The disadvantages were the lack of efficiency in the drawing of remote combinations, not the best capture technique and overly cautious game. NFL website experts predicted his choice in the third or fourth round [2] . In the draft, Adrian was selected by the Chicago Bears club in the fifth round under a total number 142 [3] .
In the debut season in the National Football League, Adrian played in the starting line-up of Bears in all sixteen games, displacing Brock Verin , who was chosen by the club in the draft a year earlier, from the base. In regular season games, he made fifty-seven captures, becoming the club’s second player in this respect, second only to linebacker Christian Jones . Amos also joined the rookie team according to the Professional Football Journalists Association [4] . He spent the season of 2016 weaker, although the lack of efficiency practically did not affect his statistical indicators [5] .
At the beginning of the 2017 season, Amos was the third safe team after veteran Quintin Demps and rookie Eddie Jackson . In the third game of the season, Demps broke his arm, after which Adrian returned to the main team. In the regular season games, he made a record for himself sixty captures and the first interception in his career. According to estimates of the Pro Football Focus website, Amos became one of the best players in his position with an estimate of 92 points out of 100 possible [6] . In 2018, he updated his personal record by taking seventy-three captures and adding one sec and two interceptions to them. At the end of the championship Adrian received the status of a free agent [7] .
In March 2019, Amos signed a four-year contract with Green Bay Packers , the amount of the agreement was $ 37 million. After that, Adrian entered the top ten highest-paid safes in the league [8] .
