Joytime II is the second studio album by American DJ and record producer Marshmello [3] [4] . It was released on June 22, 2018 [5] .

Background
According to a Billboard article, Marshmello promised that the album would be similar to its predecessor Joytime. [6] During his performance at the Electric Daisy Carnival festival in 2018, Marshmello played music from the album, later he uploaded a video of his performance on Twitter [7] [8] [9] . He also posted the album cover on Instagram, adding to it the caption “For all my day, one mellogang ... Joytime II , the album will appear soon” [10] [11] .
