Egor Yakovlevich Kappel (born November 24, 1957 ; Astrakhan district , Akmola region , Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakhstani political and public figure. Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2007—2016).

Biography
Egor Yakovlevich Kappel Born on November 24, 1957 in the village of Oksanovka, Astrakhan district, Akmola region.
In 1980 he graduated from Tselinograd Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in civil engineering.
In 2012 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Kazakh National Technical University. Satpayev majoring in economics.
