Biography
Smatulla Moldashevich Berkimbaev was born on August 28, 1931. in the village of Oysylkar Khromtau (former Novorossiysk region), in the family of a poor peasant.
In 1954 he graduated with honors from the Karakulevo Faculty of the Moscow Fur and Fur Institute .
In 1971 he graduated with honors from the Alma-Ata Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU.
Labor
From 1956 to 1959 - Chief livestock specialist of the Kopinsky sheep breeding, director of the state farm.
From 1959 to 1965 - Second Secretary of the Novorossiysk District Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
From 1965 to 1982 - First Secretary of the Baiganinsky District Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
From May 1982 to January 1983 - First Secretary of the Temir District Party Committee.
From January 1983 to December 1984 - Chairman of the party commission at the Aktobe regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
