On December 11, 2018, the upcoming anime adaptation of the work was commissioned, which was entrusted to the studio Seven [3] . Content
Story
School teacher Nobunaga Oda is a descendant of the commander Oda Nobunaga . At the age of 28, he had no relationship with the opposite sex and dreamed that some beautiful girl would appear in his life [1] . Once, when Nobunaga enters his barn, a young girl in a kimono falls from somewhere and claims to have arrived at Oda’s house to become Nobunaga’s wife. Moving away from the initial shock, Nobunaga interrogates the girl and finds out that in front of him is Saito Kite - the only legal wife of his ancestor and namesake, who somehow moved from the Sengoku period , where she went on a journey to her future husband, in the modern world [7] . Kityo, recognizing the name of the teacher, refused to believe Nobunaga’s explanations, deciding that her fiance was trying to terminate the engagement, and demanded immediate marriage and the conception of the firstborn [8] . Nobunaga categorically refuses a minor girl, but leaves her in her home and then arranges for schooling, where he himself teaches.

Criticism
The anime series received extremely low critical ratings. Theron Martin from the Anime News Network portal noted that viewing requires the viewer to be well tolerated by the Lolicon FanService, and the contrast between medieval and modern ideas about marriage was stupid [7] . The columnist for the same publication, Nick Creamer, also felt that instead of focusing more on the cultural differences between the two eras, the creators preferred to focus on the concept “a fourteen-year-old girl feels that she should have sex with a twenty-eight-year-old man” [7] . In this regard, Rebecca Silverman noted that Nobunaga Sensei no Osanazuma is an etti harem and can be claimed by fans of TV shows in this direction [7] . Nevertheless, a number of critics of Anime News Network called this short series the worst in the spring season of 2019 and called on to refrain from fan-service with teenagers who had barely reached puberty [7] . Chris Beveridge, a columnist for The Fandom Post, also noted that such an approach to the plot only creates a “bad name” for such works, although it itself is devoted to a topic popular with anime series from the 2010s related to the biography of Oda Nobunaga [8] .
