The 52nd edition of the Classics of Primavera - a one-day road bike race along the roads of the Spanish province of Bizkaia . The race took place on April 9, 2006 as part of the UCI 2006 European Tour . The Spanish cyclist Carlos Sastre of Team CSC won the victory. [one]
