From 1950 to 1964 he played at the Vashash football club, played 249 matches and scored 73 goals. He won the Hungarian Championship 3 times, the Hungarian Cup 1 time, and the Mitropa Cup 3 times. In 1957 he became the football player of the year in Hungary.
From 1956 to 1961 he played for the national team. In its composition he spent 25 matches, scored 1 time. He played at the 1958 World Cup.
from 1966 to 1985 he was a coach of football clubs: Pierikos , Panionios, Apollon Smirnis , Vashash and Panahiki .
In 1979 he was the coach of the Egypt national team .
