Attractions
Near the village there is a famous place visited by tourists - a cascade of waterfalls up to 25 meters high , located on the Elomovsky Key, known as Benevsky Falls . This beautiful cascade of 27 waterfalls is the largest in Russia. A water stream cuts through a basalt plateau in a valley at the foot of Lysaya Mountain. The main waterfall falls from a height of about 20 meters. The stream is effectively broken on a stepped stone pyramid and spreads in elegant cascades. Above the main stream is a whole collection of smaller waterfalls.
If you climb to the top of Lysaya Mountain - about 1400 meters - then you will have an impressive view of the entire valley and the Kievka River. And there is a natural hydrogen sulfide source nearby. Itβs just hard to get here - 2-3 hours on foot along a forest path.
