Biography
In 1966 he entered the Faculty of Aircraft Engineering of the Kazan Aviation Institute , which he successfully graduated in 1972 from the Faculty of Aircraft Engineering. Since 1967 he was an active participant in the movement of the Komsomol Combat Team (BKD) of the KAI. After undergoing military training at the Kazan Aviation Institute in January 1972, he was called up for active military service for two years and was placed at the disposal of the commander of the 33 missile army . Enlisted in the cadre officers at his own request in March 1974. Between 1978 and 1980. studied at the command faculty of the Military Academy. F.E. Dzerzhinsky . After graduating from the institute in 1972-2003, he served in the Strategic Missile Forces of the Armed Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation.
