The court was formed on June 21, 2018 [1] pursuant to the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On the liquidation of the appellate courts and the formation of the appellate courts in the appeals districts” dated December 29, 2017 [2] , according to which the appellate courts should be eliminated and new courts formed in the appeals constituencies.
Structure
In the Kyiv Court of Appeal, there are court chambers for the consideration of civil cases and for the consideration of criminal cases [3] .
The Court Chamber is headed by a secretary of the Court Chamber, elected from among the judges of this court for a term of three years.
