Andrei Nikolaevich Lapochkin (born September 19, 1927 , in the village of Zaborye, Vologda Oblast - died January 1, 1997 ) - fitter and installer of the Northern Machine-Building Enterprise of the USSR Ministry of Shipbuilding Industry, mountains. Severodvinsk Arkhangelsk region. Hero of Socialist Labor (07.25.1966).

Biography
September 19, 1927 in the village of Zaborye was born Andrei Lapochkin. In 1945 he graduated from the Arkhangelsk Naval College. He worked as an engineer on the vessels of the Northern Shipping Company [1] .
In 1948 he moved to work at the factory number 402 (now OJSC "Northern Machine-Building Enterprise") in the city of Molotovsk. He worked as a fitter, built nuclear submarines. He established himself as a competent specialist fitter [2] .
By a decree of July 25, 1966, Andrei Lapochkin was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the Order of Lenin and the Hammer and Sickle gold medal for his successes in the 7th Five-Year Plan and his great contribution to production.
In 1994 he went on a well-deserved rest.
He lived in Severodvinsk. He died on January 1, 1997 . Buried in the city cemetery.
