Biography
Nurlygaim Chaldanovna Dzholdasbayeva He was born on April 5, 1954 in the village of Nadezhdovka, Dzherzhinsky district (now Alakolsky district) of Taldy-Kurgan region.
In 1976 she graduated from the Law Faculty of the Kazakh State University. CM. Kirov is a lawyer by profession.
In 2007 he defended the academic title of candidate of legal sciences, the thesis topic: "Problems of qualification of murders under the criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
