Broussard, Israel

The early years

Broussard was born in Gulfport, Mississippi, with makeup consultant Mary Kay Angela (née Klapp) and Lawrence Clayton Adams (1957–1999), who passed away when Broussard was four years old ^{[1] [2] [3]} . He was raised in Socier , Mississippi, by his mother and stepfather, programmer Gilles Broussard, who later adopted him and his elder sister Israel. ^[4] He also has a younger half-brother from his mother’s remarriage ^[5] .

Career

Broussard began his career with small roles. So, he played Garrett Einbinder in the comedy drama “ Hello, Julie! "(2010) and Josh in the comedy" Accompanying Person "(2011), before he got the role of Mark Hall in the crime film Sofia El Coppola " Elite Society "(2013) ^[6] . He received good reviews for his work in the last film ^{[7] [8] [9]} .

In 2013, Broussard appeared with Lily Collins in the music video for M83 “Claudia Lewis”, directed by Bryce Dallas Howard ^[10] , and then played Carson Taft in the movie “Perfect High” (2015). The following year, Broussard starred in the role of Mike "Spice" Jennings in the comedy film "Good Children" ^[11] .

In Christopher Landon ’s horror film Happy Day of Death (2017), Broussard played Carter Davis in tandem with Jessica Roth ^[12] . In 2018, he played a major role in the thriller “The Sunset of Civilization ” ^[13] , as well as the role of Josh Sanderson in the film adaptation of Jenny Khan 's youth novel “ All the Guys I Loved Before, ” directed by Susan Johnson ^[14] . Broussard then reiterated his role as Carter Davis in the sequel to Happy New Day of Death in 2019 ^[15] .
