Geography

The village is located in the south of the central part of the Pskov region, within the Bezhanitskaya Upland , on the left bank of the Berezovka River, at a distance of about 19 kilometers (in a straight line) to the south-west of the urban-type settlement Bezhanitsy , the administrative center of the region. The absolute height is 208 meters above sea level ^[2] .

History

Until 2010, the settlement was part of the now abolished Dvoritsky volost , from 2010 to 2015 it was part of the rural settlement of Porechenskoye .
