He was born on July 17, 1924 in the village of Stantsionno-Oyashinsky (now the village of Moshkovsky District of the Novosibirsk Region) in a peasant family. After graduating from the seven-year school, he began working at the collective farm of the “Union of builders” collective farm in the village of Balta, Oyashinsky (Moshkovsky) district.
After serving in the army - laboratory assistant varietal site. Since the spring of 1947 - the brigadier of the third brigade of the collective farm.
In 1949, his team received a harvest of 7.9 centner fiber flax and 8.8 centner seed per hectare on an area of 5 hectares.
By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of May 29, 1950 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor.
He died on December 3, 1954 of a heart attack. He was buried in the cemetery of the village of Balta, Moszkowski district.
Awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, medals.
