The Count de las Torres de Alcorrin , also known as the Count de las Torres - Spanish noble title. It was created in 1683 by King Carlos II of Spain for Cristobal de Moscoso and Montemayor , 7th Senor de las Torres de Alcorrina. The Count de las Torres, a brilliant officer, received the rank of captain of the royal army and distinguished himself during the War of the Spanish Succession , where he fought on the side of the Bourbons. After the victory, the King of Spain, Philip V, awarded him the position of Viceroy of Navarre (1723-1739), and also granted him the titles of Marquis de Cullera (1708) and Duke de Alchete (1728).

All subsequent dukes of de Alchete were named Marquis de Cullera and Count de las Torres de Alcorrin. In 1942, after the death of Miguel Osorio and Martos, the 17th Duke de Alburkerke (1886–1942), the count was inherited by his daughter, Maria del Rosario Osorio, Duchess de Santa Cristina (1922–2009), who became the 7th Countess de Las Torres. She was succeeded by her youngest son, Rafael Marquez, 8th Earl de las Torres (born 1949).
