During the Great Patriotic War in 1943-1945 he served as a sailor of the Black Sea Fleet of the USSR Navy [1] .
In 1950 he graduated from MGIMO [1] . There is a graduate school [1] .
He worked as an editor at the Foreign Literature Publishing House [1] .
In 1957 - 1961, he was a UNESCO expert in Paris [1] .
In 1965 he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Historical Sciences [1] .
In 1968 he was awarded the title of professor [1] .
Senior Researcher at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO) of the USSR Academy of Sciences [1] .
Head of Department and Deputy Director of the Institute of International Labor Movement of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR [1] .
Professor and Head of the Department of MGIMO.
Since 1976 - Consultant of the International Department of the Central Committee of the CPSU [1] .
