Chekarda - location of fossil remains of animals and plants of the Permian period on the left bank of the Sylva River , 1.3 km north-west of the village of Chekarda, near the mouth of the Chekarda River. Geological monument of nature of the Perm region.

On the territory of the natural monument, a unique geological section is protected, where fossils of plants, insects, as well as skeletons of ancient amphibians and fossils of early Permian age (deposits age about 250 million years) are found in rock outcrops.
