Biography
Moses Adzhemov was born on January 25, 1878 in Nakhichevan-on-Don . By ethnicity, he was a parishioner of the Armenian Apostolic Church [2] . He studied at the Nakhchivan Theological Seminary, then at the gymnasium in Rostov-on-Don and the Lazarevsky Institute of Oriental Languages , he graduated in 1897. In 1903 he graduated from the Medical Faculty of Moscow University , in 1904 he passed exams at the Faculty of Law of Moscow University as an external student. He was left to prepare for the Department of Criminal Law and Judicial Procedure at Moscow University, at the same time he was listed as an assistant sworn attorney at the Moscow Court of Justice. As a junior doctor of the mobile hospital of the Red Cross, he took part in the Russian-Japanese war of 1904-1905 .
Since 1906 - member of the Central Committee of the Constitutional Democratic Party . In 1906 he was elected a member of the State Duma of the second convocation from Rostov-on-Don . In 1907 he was elected to the Duma of the third convocation from the region of the Don Army . Member of the budget, judicial commissions and commissions on requests and on the inviolability of the person.
After the February Revolution of 1917, the Commissioner of the Provisional Government at the Ministry of Justice. Member of the Legal Meeting and the Special Meeting on the Development of the Law on the Constituent Assembly Elections created in March.
After the October Revolution he emigrated to France . He was engaged in legal practice in Paris , as well as mediation in commercial and financial enterprises. As a trustee for the oil tycoons, Mantashevs sold their oil fields in Baku to the British .
At the beginning of 1919 - cadet emissary in Paris. In 1919 he took part in negotiations with the Finnish government, convincing that the "white Russia" recognized the independence of Finland. In the spring of 1920 - he participated in a cadet rally in Paris, where the issue of attitude towards Wrangel was being decided.

- Wife - Evelina Osipovna Adzhemova, nee Steffens (1884 - 05/27/1963, Paris), graduate of the Moscow Conservatory, opera singer, widowed in her first marriage, Tarasova, second marriage to M. S. Adzhemov [3] [1] .
- Daughter - Siren Moiseevna (06/12/1924, Paris -), ballerina, starred in the film Leon Mato "Dancer from Marrakech" [1] .
