Biography
Born in with. Krinichnoy Rossoshansky district of the Voronezh region. He graduated from the Voronezh Agricultural Institute (1965).
- 1965-1973 Deputy Chief Accountant, since 1966 Chief Accountant of the Maslovsky State Farm (Voronezh Region, Novousmansky District );
- 1973-1974 chief economist of the Department for financing of state farms of the Ministry of state farms of the RSFSR;
- 1974-1998 chief accountant, since 1980 director of the Maslovsky state farm (state plant);
- 1998—2001 Chief Researcher, Research Institute of Economics and Organization of Agro-Industrial Complex of the Central Black Earth Zone of the Russian Federation.
Scientific research is devoted to the development of the organizational and economic model of a large enterprise in agriculture with an effective social infrastructure.
Doctor of Economics (1998), corresponding member of RAAS (1997). People's Deputy of the USSR (1989-1991).
Honored Worker of Agriculture of the RSFSR (1987). He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, "Badge of Honor", "For Merit to the Fatherland" IV degree (1997), medals of the USSR and VDNH.
He has published about 100 scientific works, including more than 50 books and brochures, including 3 monographs. Works:
