Biography
Kuzmin Nikolay Alekseevich was born on March 9, 1956 in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan Region, the Republic of Kazakhstan. Nationality Russian.
In 1982, he graduated from the Ust-Kamenogorsk Civil Engineering College with a degree in civil engineering.
In 1995 he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in metallurgical engineering.
Labor
From 1973 to 1974 he was a car repairman for the TMK UK on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the October Revolution in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
