Biography
Born in 1922 in Vyazniki. Member of the CPSU.
Member of World War II. Since 1946 - on economic, social and political work. In 1946 - 1992 - student, graduate student of Moscow State University. MV Lomonosov, chief economist of the Moscow factory "Red Proletariat", head of the economic department of the Moscow City Economic Council, head of the planning and economic department of the Ministry of machine tool and tool industry, chairman of the Moscow City Planning Commission, chairman of the State Energy Institute named after G.V. Plekhanov.
For the development and implementation of the territorial system of integrated economic and social development planning for the cities of Moscow, Leningrad and the Leningrad region, he was awarded as part of the USSR State Prize in the field of technology in 1980.
He died after 2001.
