The rumors about the Korean Twice comeback first appeared in early 2019, and on February 18, JYP Entertainment representatives announced that the album would be released in April, and that the clip had been shot before the band released their second Japanese compilation and went on their first Dome Tour. ^{[2] [3]}

After the release of the seventh mini-album, Fancy You Twice became the best-selling Korean women's group of all time with sales of more than three million and 750 thousand copies, breaking the SES record that held it for twenty-one years ^[10] .

The band announced the album via Twitter on April 7th. Twice appeared in two episodes of the special edition of the JTBC Idol Room on April 23 and 30. Their world tour began in May 2019 and will perform in Seoul, Bangkok, Singapore, Los Angeles and Manila, among other cities. ^[eleven]
