Captured Lagerevu and her fellow Germans after the search were locked in the church, taking firearms, but leaving the cold. The guards left the guard who circled the building around. At nightfall, the Cossacks decided to flee, except the doors in the church there were windows with bars. Climbing on each other, the Cossacks broke the lattice, after which Alexandra climbed over their shoulders in order of seniority and burst from the height to the bottom under the moonlight, successfully and without injury. Picking up a large cobblestone, the Cossack leaned against the corner of the church, hiding in his shadow and waiting for the guard to come, when he had already turned his back on Alexander with all her strength hit him with a stone on the back of the head. The soldier collapsed on the spot. Then, at a signal, the Cossacks began to jump out of the window. Next, the Cossacks captured the horses, neutralizing another soldier. Towards morning, the fugitives met their compatriots, three Cossacks who had strayed from their unit.

The united groups, with the supply of Lagereva, continued their movement towards their troops. Having entered the dense forest for reconnaissance, two Cossacks were released, who reported that the enemy's lancers were moving towards the meeting. The clash was inevitable and the forces are not equal. Lagereva sketched a plan of attack and the soldiers dispersed along the edges of the road. Their attack was extremely unexpected, which made the enemy think that they were attacked by a detachment of the main Russian forces. 18 German Lancers without a single shot surrendered to the Seven Bravets. After the surrender, when the number of attackers became known, the German chief lieutenant threw his helmet to the ground and, clutching his hair, in terrible despair began to exclaim: “To whom have I given up, to whom have I given up!”. During the search of the Germans were found useful information and plans.

Alexandra was wounded in the arm during battles. Following the results of military heroic actions, she received two crosses of St. George and became a Cossack ensign. It was known under the pseudonym "Alexander Efimovich Camp".
