Aktei ( ancient Greek Ἀκταῖος ) is a character of ancient Greek mythology . The first king in Attica [1] . He was a contemporary of Forbants [2] . Aglavra 's father, Kekrops I's father-in-law [3] . In antiquity, Attica was called Akta and Aktika [4] . In Mycenaean texts found the name a-ka-ta-jo (presumably Aktei?) [5] .
The name of Aktei was also carried by the father of Telamon (according to Ferekid) [6] .
