Goryachkina Lyudmila Aleksandrovna (born October 7, 1938 , Kostroma ) is a Soviet and Russian allergologist and immunologist, the first city allergologist in Moscow [1] , candidate of medical sciences, professor, until 2019 head of the department of clinical allergology RMANPO [2] .

Biography
Born in Kostroma . In 1956 she graduated from Moscow secondary school No. 266 with a gold medal and entered the medical faculty of the First Moscow Order of Lenin of the Sechenov Medical Institute (1st MOLMI) [3] .
After graduating from the institute in 1962, she began working as a district doctor in Moscow. A few years later she moved to work at the allergy room of the 1st Grad Hospital, which was created on the initiative of the academician of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences A. D. Ado . From 1965 to 1966, she headed the allergology unit of the 1st city clinical hospital in Moscow , stood at the origins of the development of allergology in the USSR and was one of the first specialized specialists in Moscow [4] .
In 1967, she became a graduate student at the Allergy Research Laboratory of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR (NIAL) , headed by academician A. D. Ado [3] .
In 1970, she was hired by the Central Institute for Advanced Medical Studies as an assistant in the Department of II therapy, led by academician of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences B.E. Votchal . In 1971, she moved to the organized department of clinical allergology, where she went from assistant to head of the department, which she has been since 1979 [5] . The Department of Clinical Allergology is one of the first educational departments of this profile created in the USSR where most allergologists from Russia and the CIS countries have received and are receiving primary specialization, improvement and certification [6] .
In 1971, she became the ideological inspirer of the Department of Allergology created on the basis of the City Clinical Hospital No. 52 (since 2016, the City Center for Allergology and Immunology with the first Russian branch of a specialized day hospital where patients with severe forms of allergic and immunological diseases are observed) [ 7] . In the same year she defended her thesis on the topic: “The influence of specific hyposensitization on some indicators of external respiration in bronchial asthma” [8] .
For over 20 years, she was the chief specialist allergist-immunologist at the Central State Medical Academy of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation [7] .
The author of more than 300 scientific papers, articles and monographs. Under her leadership, more than 25 candidate dissertations were prepared and successfully defended [7] .
She made a huge contribution to the popularization of scientific knowledge and achievements of medicine in the field of allergology and immunology. With her active participation and leadership, regional and national conferences, seminar schools on topical issues of allergology and immunology have been held for many years [3] [9] . Member of the editorial board of the journal Medical Immunology [10] .

Husband - Kirill Pavlovich Kashkin - Soviet and Russian specialist in the field of infectious and non-infectious immunology and immunochemistry, academician of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (1986), academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2013).
