Life Story

Born in 1946 at the Moscow Stud Farm . The square’s father is a black stallion. Strait of birth 1940 (2 minutes 11.2 seconds per 1,600 meters), participant in the Grand All-Union Prize in 1944. Recognized as the champion of the breed on the at the All-Union Agricultural Exhibition (VSHV) . Despite the fact that this ideally beautiful exterior Oryol trotter did not show outstanding agility (his personal record was 2.08.1 by 1,600 meters), at the age of four he showed an exceptional fighting character, thanks to which he managed to win all the main prizes for four-year-old trotters, including in the fight against the best mestizos [1] .

The story of Square's amazing desire to always be the first to become a legend. After completing a career, the Square was sent by the manufacturer MKZ No. 1 . More than 600 children were received from him, and not only from Oryol mares, but also from other draft breeds. Many children of the Square received from the father the same perfectly beautiful exterior and were sold abroad - to Europe and Asia. In the breed of Oryol trotters, Kvadrat also left a mark: its line is now one of the main.

Sporting Achievements

At the age of three, Kvadrat set an all-Union record for three-year-old trotters on a winter ice track - 2.11 at a distance of 1,600 meters. This broke the record for 12 years.

The square at the age of four won both winter and summer derby for the Oryol and Russian trotters, held in 1950. He won the prize of Barca and the Great All-Union Prize. By the time of the draw of the Great All-Union Prize, the Square had 30 appearances, while he came first 19 times, and 8 times the second.

Another classy mare, representative of the Square line is the bay Konoplyanka (Binding - Kazenka) born in 2004.
