Born in 1936. Azerbaijani woman . Member of the CPSU since 1971. Secondary education.

Since 1957, a collective farmer, and since 1971, a link collective farm named after Lenin of the Nakhichevan region of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic .

Member of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 8-9th convocation (1970-1979) from the Nakhichevan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Elected to the Supreme Council of the 9th convocation from the Negram election constituency No. 621 of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
