Born 02/26/1926.

He graduated from college (1946-1950) and the Moscow Aviation Institute (1950-1954). In 1941-1946 worked at a tool factory.

In 1950-1952, a senior technician at the Institute of Precision Mechanics and Computer Engineering, USSR Academy of Sciences.

Since 1955 he worked at the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Candidate of Technical Sciences (1968), senior researcher.

1964 Lenin Prize - for radar research of the planets Venus, Mercury and Mars.
